47 y/o - Am currently in a LTR which is I am happy with (but I don't want to dwell on the details for this question). I also have a side plate (31 y/o) who is a fair amount of fun - we have a good times out, great sex about 4-5 times / month etc - which is about enough I can manage without LTR getting suspect.

However, recently I have found myself getting the jealous pangs over sideplate... and so I'm thinking "uh oh oneitis".. but what does a person do in my situation to manage this ? Get another side plate ... ? Sure if I had the time .. but I'm almost running on empty for that already. Do I dump side plate? Cut time with her ?

I'm sure I'm about to be blasted for cheating on the LTR .. but .. whatever I know the moral rules that I'm transgressing - I just want to know what to do to make sure I can keep sane.
