I can tell you my personal.experience, nothing more. My fucks are better when I am exercising with cardio regularly. Sleep and alcohol have become huge factors when it comes to staying hard. When I work a long day, my dick is softer if I fuck that evening. Drinking makes it worse.

I am 36, and never had this problem 2 years ago. Age plays in too. When fucking multiple women, plates etc, I find it hard to stay hard after they cum. This is most likely a mental challenge for myself.

Right now, I have begun an ltr and fuck 4 days a week , 2 times a night minimum. There is so.ethjng to be said about a woman that knows how you like it, and you mentally knowing it is going to be a good night that helps.

If and when I do go soft, she knows to blow me for a minute or two to get me hard again. This is not a bad thing lol. I have found that certain angles, and positions have better feeling which helps me to stay hard too. Staying balls deep and just moving about inside does not help. Sliding all the way in and out is imperative to feelsies that keep the dick hard. Most women prefer it this way anyway. Just try not to slip out and break yourself.
