You are asking the wrong question bro. But I see your viewpoint. In you head, you think that there are specific places we go to talk to girls. That's not true.

Your mindset tells me that you are afraid to talk to strangers. Because you can strike up conversation with anyone, everywhere. Elevator, park, bar, gym, swimming pool, bus, bus stop, etc. Anywhere.

Do the following.

Go to a bar that meets your criteria. For example, I don't like sports. Hence, I never go to sports pub. My go to bars are blues bars, karaoke, dive bars, shit like that. Next, shit at the bar counter and start a conversation with the bartender. He/She has to talk to you. It's their job. Once someone sits next to you, doesn't matter a guy or a girl. 18 or 65. You talk to all of them. It's a bar, so the conversation from strangers is expected. After few drinks, you'll be surprised how many people will be friendly to you.

The best outcome is to make friends with the bar regulars. They'll introduce to the rest of the regulars.

Next weekend when you are there, you enter with high fives and a giant confidence boost since you are not a stranger anymore.

Go to a busy bar, grocery store, outside, park, restaurant. Anywhere And everywhere. There is no lack of opportunities. Just approach anyone and everyone and stop being a little bitch. The more you socialize the more opportunities will present themselves to you

Where doesn’t matter when you improve yourself and focus on your life. As I understand it if you do well enough women will seem more as a commodity than something you heavily desire. Do you will be able to game women anywhere as you go through your life.
