Obviously, the first thing is to do some kind of body-improvement activity. Lifting is the fastest but you actually need to find something you enjoy for an extended period of time. Next, the bulk of your time should be spent at excelling in your chosen profession, in your case college. So you need to be the best student of your year or at least have that goal in mind.
