"High Value" is determined by society (other people), not yourself, otherwise any looser could think he's "High Value" and be right.

If you need external validation to believe you are a high value alpha male then you still have a ways to go before you actually get there

If you allow society to tell you who you are then you’ll never truely become an alpha until you learn to get it internally

That is one of the key traits of a true alpha, they get their validation from themselves and themselves only, but sure I know people are still going to validate them but the thing is is that they don’t rely on that type of validation because they get all the validation they need from themselves.

So how do you get it from yourself ?? You may be thinking, well you first have to find a purpose in your life that your truely passionate about and love doing, this is so damn important that I can’t stress it enough, GET ON YOUR PURPOSE.

Also you get it from lifting, achieving your lifting goals and other goals you set for yourself

Well, yes because the term itself is defined by society since SMV stands for Sexual Market Value. Markets are dictated by supply and demand.

However, SMV accounts for maybe 10% or so of whether or not you succeed with women. I'm sure you've seen broke ass losers going nowhere who bang hotties left and right.

Forget about SMV and focus on your REAL value, not market value.
