I went with my friends a few days ago to the mall and the one thing that always bugged me is not maintaining eye contact. I can hold eye contact with friends, classmates, strangers if introduced by a friend but an unusual amount of fear and anxiety hits me as if I'm going to be shot for making eye contact to complete strangers.

I blame my blue pill mentality folding for seven years. Years of not checking out women, or believing I'm some white knight. Added that I feel I'd annoy them or such. Now, I have this shame that I shouldn't do it even though everyone around me does it without fear. I know this is a mind state block but a mind state where I've lost on multiple accounts and finally having enough of it.

I'm asking what I can do to destroy this negative thinking and beat this block. Because I feel quite competent outside of this and eventually, I need to live a life where I'm by myself and enjoy the presence of others.
