I read a bunch of posts on TRP saying ''Be a leader'' and ''lead your friend group''

But how exactly? How does one become the leader? Just organize a bunch of shit?

I see it as unlikely for me to lead my current friend group at Uni. Although I am definitely liked, I was a massive beta throughout first year and it is unlikely that I will shake off this reputation until I get continuous success at scoring.

So my plan is to form a new group of friends in my second year of university and lead it. But how does one lead?
