First of all you should always be looking for new work especially if you don't care for the job you are in. As for the other shit, set personal boundaries and if people over step that let them know, you don't have to be an asshole about it. For dealing with bosses and the politics of work relations you might want to read the 48 laws of power but one quick tip I can give is never be the one to present bad news but if you have too accept the responsibility for it.
