There are several ways to handle it. "I'll help you, but you'll owe me a date." Then ask her playfully if it turns her on to watch a strong man do manly things. People here will disagree with me, but I guarantee you that this will work because it relies on a well known social psychology phenomenon, the principle of reciprocity. When people are given something / done a favor, they feel obligated to reciprocate.

HOWEVER this typically backfires for beta orbiters because the need to reciprocate can be tuned out and in fact turned around if the target is used to it / expects it. E.g. buying drinks in bars, the girls know you want to get into her pants, she's had drinks bought thousands of times, she feels zero need to reciprocate and in fact will despise you for it.

Furthermore the reciprocity principle doesn't work if the gift/service is of too high a value, because the need to reciprocate becomes to important to be bearable, so it gets shut down. For a complete stranger, if you want reciprocity to apply, the gift has to be of extremely low value and require very little effort. For instance a friend of mine used to pick up girls in bars by making them origami flowers he just made with the bill while talking to her. He made them almost automatically without looking, as if he was just fidgetting, and they were always pleasantly surprised.

Now in your case the reciprocity can apply because she is the one asking for the favor, you're not imposing it on her. But you need to be specific beforehand about what you want, because otherwise if it comes later as a surprise she will feel pressured and you will lose the reciprocity. Also you need to give her some plausible deniability that it's not a quid pro quo so that she doesn't think you're asking her to whore herself out for a moving truck, yet remind her that there is something at the very least slightly romantic going on. Hence you have to do it playfully.

But really, stop doing it. Don't even make excuses, just say you don't want to. When I used to get those calls I'd just say "Nope - my ass is glued to this couch all weekend."
