I've been eating much healthier. Most of the time I research vegetables, the health quality between meats, and most importantly the vitamin content and how they affect my body.

However my research comes from google searching and various websites. I haven't found a source for all my nutritional questions.

Furthermore I'd like to understand the science behind what I'm eating Serious lifting requires serious understanding of what you put into your body to help grow healthy mad muscles and have a high energy output. I want to be able to eat selectively and know exactly what each food is doing for my body as well as being able to change it up now and then.

My question is in the title. What resources do you use to research foods and understand nutritional science?
