Asked a girl I’m into to hangout, but she said she was busy (and offered genuine excuses) and instead asked if we could just instead reschedule and study together.

Under normal circumstances I’d say she was just using me to study but we don’t have any classes together so she might genuinely want to see me. Also it’s the last week of the semester and everyone is busy with finals (including myself) and can’t really afford to go out.

Should I invite her to come to my dorm and study or meet in a neutral location, and how do I escalate from there?
