If you're over her, why are you thinking about things so much and asking for advice on what to do?
In my opinion, the best thing a man can do for himself after a relationship ends is to try to quickly get himself to the place where he truly feels indifferent about his ex. Some guys a fuck a lot of other women to get there. Others focus on their life and move it along to get to a new place. Some focus on themselves and fitness. Losers dwell on their feelings and never move along.
If you want to get where you should be (truly over your ex and indifferent about her), do not put yourself in the position to have contact; either directly or indirectly. That doesn't mean you have to block her, just don't look at anything about her, and make it such that apps and internet sites aren't updating you on her activities. Commit to making her a fading memory is your best course of action. You can reflect and learn lessons from your relationship after her memory no longer solicits emotion from you.
I wouldn't think in terms of "blocking her for good" (which might give you mental anguish or an urge to keep it from finality), I would think in terms of not having contact until you are in a permanent indifferent emotional state about her. Commit to no contact (directly or indirectly such as looking at her profiles/online activity) until you feel completely indifferent, calm, and collected about her; and frankly not giving much of a fuck if you have contact or not.

If you're over her then I guess there's no reason to block her, but I will add that if there's a chance she might try to suck you back in and you aren't ready, block her.

As someone who blocked and unblocked their ex-wife for a period of 2 years in order to perseverate on her, I can say that nothing productive came from doing it. Not one time. Blocked her 04/16 and haven't looked back. It's almost like a sobriety struggle. The main thing to remember is that the impulse to do it is human and doesn't make you a pussy. Nearly a year later, I fuck a nice chick, do more social things and generally don't think about it.
