I weighed 96 Kg at 24% bf last year. By march I was at 88 Kg at 18-19% bf. Lost 4 inches on my waist. But for the last 1.5 months I've been in a rut. Have been at the same weight and measurements.

I felt really fucking good when I got below 90 Kg, been struggling to do that for the last 2 years.

But now I'm stuck. And it's not because of some inertia or homeostasis. I just haven't been disciplined enough.

Earlier when I used to fall off the wagon, I had a system. I would identify the triggers. I would move a fuck lot more, exhaust myself with cardio, then write down a plan for the next day or week, and it would work. I had a ratio of 4:1 days in terms of good vs bad days.

But I just don't seem to have any control over myself. Whenever my weight seems to move towards 90, I push through and bring it back to ~88 Kg range. But it's fucking exhausting just controlling this thing which used to almost be on autopilot for me just few weeks ago.

I have reasons to lose weight. I have experience with discipline and pushing through hunger (IF) for the last 3-4 months after Whisper's posts. I know how to do it. I know it's fucking possible. I track everything I eat still, even when I eat bad food. Then what's missing?
