You don’t have to get bigger to get laid. A lot of guys get fixated on one physical deficiency as the end all be all. I’ve seen short guys pick up cute girls. I’ve seen thin guys pick up cute girls. Not with tremendous regularity mind you (except for one guy who hits on everything that moves), but it’s not an insurmountable disadvantage. Getting bigger would be a slow process but it would probably make it easier to get laid. How much easier is hard to say, probably a lot easier. You’re extremely…

If you don’t meet women in your dtd or through your social circle, you have to take the initiative to meet them. Your options are online dating, bars, or another social activity that has girls in it (e.g. social dancing) If you’re good looking it will be easy and if you’re not it’ll be harder, but it’ll work out eventually. I’ll add, there are certainly reasons to not enjoy the bar scene, but I wouldn’t write it off because there are only “low quality” girls there. All kinds of girls go to bars,…

I have a girl I’ve been banging for a few months who never initiates texts, but is always down to come over. Some girls really do want you to do all the work.

Are you exposed to any girls through your social life? How many girls have you “charismatic approached?” How many matches do you get and how many dates have you been on?

Honestly not having a social life sounds like your biggest problem. And your job is not an excuse. I work remotely and moved to a new city and made friends by dancing salsa and playing rec kickball. They’re not my closest friends, but I always have something to do on the weekend. It’s okay to focus on girls, but don’t neglect the other parts of your life. A hot girlfriend is a poor substitute for a social life. As for your inner talk, I don’t have much insight other than I would focus on taking …

So many of these red pill coaches are grifters and preach exaggerations and distorted realities. Especially especially the ones that are not gaming women themselves currently. They are particularly susceptible to falling into a false reality echo chamber, because they are not actually dealing with young women. I wouldn’t get worked up over what these guys are saying. Anyway, what you really need to be focusing on is how to attract women, and don’t bother with all the online theory about it, most…

If you have to ask the answer is an emphatic yes. You have to listen to that little voice telling you to stop. Your addict brain will try to rationalize why you should ignore it (psychological addictions are real.) Anyway, things aren’t as bad as they seem, you’re young and successful romantically and financially and you’ve fallen into some bad habits. It’s not that uncommon. You can change your habits, you just need to be motivated and committed to do so. I went through a similar period and the…

Start jerking it once a week. After 7ish days not jerking it actually screws with how your dick works. No porn, learn to use your imagination to get hard. Also anxiety could be a culprit too.

Means your putting on a lot of fat, and probably not putting on muscle if your strength isn’t going up, especially the newer you are. Low T isn’t the only possible cause though, you might not be training hard enough or not be getting enough sleep. If everything is in order though, definitely get hormones checked.

Point with SMV is just that it’s hard to raise it higher because basic stuff is done and it’s not like I&& a fay slob out there. Probably put in more effort than most although I am working on raising it even higher. You could probably tell tbh that I’m looking to get laid, I try to hide it, but it’s hard. I haven’t gotten laid since like last August and it’s hard to disguise what I’m after.

The real deception is that almost everybody is on steroids in the fitness industry and most people significantly over estimate what is achievable natty even with elite genetics. That aside, most of the people who fail would have failed anyway regardless of how open and honest the fitness industry was.

Honestly your best option is to move somewhere that’s more free if it’s possible even if it means leaving the country. Even if it’s not easy I would definitely make an effort because really nobody knows when things are going to open up, certainly possible it is years. If that’s totally impossible, do the most you can and just hold out for things to improve. It seems to be trending towards opening, but I wouldn’t rely on that continuing unless it is absolutely your only option. I’m fortunate enou…

Ultimately 80/20 rule is true, even though I’m lean, lift, have a good job and decent style, I’m out there fighting for Chad’s scraps. Just don’t want to go through 2-3 more years of that. And I’d like to not be so focused on getting laid at 28-29 and move on to focusing on other things. Covid really not helping things either, harder to meet women and OLD is ultra competitive.

I can’t squat because of mobility so I hack squat instead. Don’t deadlift because multiple bodybuilders told me it’s not necessary, I Romanian deadlift instead. If I can cut a 3-4 year process down to 1 year, why shouldn’t I do that?

26 148 lbs 11% body fat 5’8”. Been lifting for a year 225 lb 1 RM, I don’t squat or deadlift. Obviously I can make more natural gains but I’m already old, don’t want to wait 2-3 years to have an impressive physique. I have a bodybuilder friend who can walk me through the cycle and I want to take advantage. It’s a shallow world and I can’t help but feel I’m on the losing side of 80/20 rule. By the time I break out of that naturally, if I have the genetics to do it, I’ll be close to 30.

She’s panicking too early. Most women think they can “feel” when their pregnant or ovulating but they really can’t. Just don’t freak out until there’s a positive pregnancy test. Obviously there’s some risk here, but there’s a good chance you’re in the clear. And even if she is pregnant, not freaking out in the waiting stage will put you in better position to deal with her anyway.

Get involved in something like a rec sports league, martial arts, a dance class, etc. that gets you out and socializing with your peers. Social isolation is rarely ideal for men or women, other than an occasional retreat from an already active social life. Unless you’re spending all your free time studying, going to the gym, and sleeping (which I doubt you are) I’d make room for socializing.

Not much I can do, I’m well groomed, I dress well, I lift, what else is there? I’m only 5’9” but nothing I can do about that. My body is still dyel-tier (not fat though) but it’s gonna take forever to get out of that if I even have the genetics to do so. Might as well, try to get laid in the meantime. Not everybody has the genetics for high SMV.

I have, I feel like it’s different in groups. Like you can get in 4 or 5 person conversation and it’s hard to even get a word in edgewise. Also big groups sometimes split into smaller groups and sometimes you want to mingle around and get stuck in a conversation. I can see some of it still applying.

Yeah it’s hard bc I just got over approach anxiety (and still struggle a bit.) I don’t know how to lead things out of small talk, and eventually it gets exhausted and boring. Sometimes I’m solo with 2 girls too (if my friend is off somewhere.) How to escalate after small talk? And are seated girls even worth it bc it’s harder? (Lot more seated girls with covid)

Your biggest problem is no income. That needs to be fixed so you can move out, get a car, and live somewhere there’s a lot of girls. That’s going to take time to do. Second most important thing is your physique, keep working on that, but again going to take time to improve. Lastly chase girls and try and lose your virginity. You’re tall, you probably can get laid now even with your problems. Just ask girls out and be aggressive. You probably need to improve your social skills which is only possi…

How long do you plan on working for? If it’s a couple months just put up with your shitty job. If it’s years then find a new one you hate less (not with BiL.) Either way, don’t work for him. He’s guaranteed to betray you again sooner or later. And while you could gamble on it being later, you don’t want to put him in a position to level more false accusations against you or damage your reputation. And as others have said there’s probably a reason all his other workers have left. Red flags all ov…

You could just try and improve the general quality of your pictures if you don’t want to go that far. Might as well if you can’t do anything IRL.
/r/askTRP20/03/21 01:23 PM

I think pandemic has made it worse. It brought in a bunch of new male users since it’s the only way to get laid now. So the quality of the top 10% has risen. And even though more women have joined as well, we know they’re only interested in top 10 %. Only solution is to improve your pics if you can. Maybe wear lifts and fraud as 6’? There are other things you could do if you don’t want to do that. Got to get creative in these fucked up times.
/r/askTRP20/03/21 01:17 PM

Same for me and I put effort into my profile and appearance. If you’re not top 10% tinder is unreliable.

Literally as long as it takes, if she wants to leave you over it let her go. If she's into you at all, believe me she'll cave. Most women are absolutely terrible at holding no contact when they're really interested in somebody. You've already reached out to reconcile so she knows you don't want to fight with her. Have some balls and don't go begging her to end her temper tantrum.
/r/askTRP20/03/21 12:38 AM
10

Radio silence for sure. She’s just having a temper tantrum, because to women a spirited debate is the same as a personal attack. You didn’t wrong her though and you should stick to your guns instead of giving in to her bad behavior. In general, political arguments are almost never worth having especially with women. The absolute best way to influence them is to pretend you agree with them and nudge them in your direction. Once it’s adversarial the whole thing is not only pointless but will becom…

/r/askTRP18/03/21 03:17 PM

My SMV’s as high as it can reasonably be right now, although I’m working increasing it long term. I’ve been opening with “Hey, how’s it going?” You think going more direct would be better?
/r/askTRP18/03/21 02:01 PM
2

Don’t text her, if she follows up you could give her one more chance. Although I’d say at best 50-50 it pans out and that’s generous. Work on other options.
/r/askTRP17/03/21 06:46 PM
1

It worked in spite of the fact that it was temper tantrum, not because of it. The takeaway is to be direct about what you want (in some situations.) You don’t have to “rip her apart” to do that.
/r/TheRedPill17/03/21 04:23 PM
2

Here’s the thing though, just bc you take it, doesn’t mean they’ll let you go on with your life. I’ve believed the lockdowns should end since April, I just don’t see practically what’s going to change in the next couple months. Case numbers have plummeted and restrictions have only slightly eased. If anything were due for another increase.
/r/askTRP15/03/21 09:14 PM
2

People put up with it for a year, I don’t see what is going to change other than if politicians no longer see it as expedient. When you give up freedoms it’s rare they return.
/r/askTRP15/03/21 08:56 PM
1

Strong disagree. Far from guaranteed lockdowns end any time soon. Operate under the presumption they are years away from ending and don’t waste potentially years of your life waiting. Do the absolute most you can in the present and break the rules to the maximum extent possible.

If you’re girl’s loyal, why don’t you tell her about it and you can work through it together? You’ve got to teach your body how to finish from that stimulation rather than your rock hard grip.

Body composition makes a massive difference, gain 10 lbs of fat and let me know how being “exciting and inspiring” works out for you,

Yeah, it’s hard, it was a painful thing to go through when you bond strongly to someone else. And it’s probably going to suck at first. But ultimately your relationship has to fulfill your sexual needs. When the dust settles you’re not going to regret it.
/r/askTRP09/03/21 04:59 PM
4

It doesn’t improve with time, if anything it’s going to get worse as you both age. Long term relationships need to work physically and mentally. It’s not either or. If you feel you’ve got the ability to meet more women, don’t settle.
/r/askTRP09/03/21 04:51 PM
2

I went through this. Break up. It’s a sad situation but relationships just don’t work without attraction. You already know it’s what you want to do. The sooner the better for both of your sakes. The guilt will go away quicker than you think, but you will find yourself missing her for awhile. Still, in the long run you’ll never stop wanting a partner you’re attracted to.

If you had to pick one or the other I’d pick weight loss. However, I think you can probably do both tbh. You don’t need to go balls to the wall training, and I doubt you even can at 400 lbs. 4 or 5 hours of working out a week should be just fine. You should be able to fit that in to your schedule. Sooner or later you’re going to have to learn how to fit working out into a full time job schedule anyway.
/r/askTRP26/02/21 02:37 PM

No and you can flip a lot of girls beliefs considering most are just following the crowd. Read How to win friends and influence people. The persuasion stuff is pretty insightful. And gfs are easier to influence than friends and acquaintances.

Half those problems aren’t even related to fear. You can lift, get a car and find a career without having stellar social skills or being fearless. It helps but it’s not necessary. Anyway, Rome wasn’t built in a day you can turn all that around but it’s not going to happen overnight. Muscle + tall probably means you can get laid now. My guess is you don’t approach enough girls and don’t have a good OLD profile. Unless you have a big social circle you pretty much need one or the other. Granted depending on where you live covid has made it harder to approach. Still worth a try though. Obviously improving your appearance is worthwhile too, my guess is your good enough to find a decent girl to bang now though if you were aggressive about it.

I disagree. Firstly, if you’re not top 20% you need to chase girls to get laid period. Secondly, the desperation never goes away, as a man you need sex. Just learn to hide the desperation, maybe some girls figure it out, but you’ll probably fool more than not. The past does not always predict the future. Sometimes you will fail multiple times before you succeed. If you were really being logical you would recognize that you can’t know if failure is inevitable or not without having a crystal ball. But it seems like you don’t want to try so you’re just going to find a reason why you shouldn’t and dress it up in faux reasoning. I’ve been down that road before and it is extremely destructive. At least admit to yourself there is a chance of success and you …

Good advice in this thread. I’ll add: limit masturbation to once a week and channel that energy into taking action. Particularly if you’re meeting girls irl you’ll have to take social risks, which can be very intimidating, and you’ll be more motivated to do it if you’re not “depleted.”

Maybe you want a new dream? I can’t read your mind but you’re not exhibiting the behavior of someone who wants to do something. If you’re dead set on doing it, then start with an hour or half an hour a day. Maybe it’s not enough time to pass, but the reality is at your current pace you will have studied 0 hours for the exam. If you study half an hour a day you will study 17 hours in total. The latter is clearly better. Obviously 10 hours a day would be better than both, but you’re not capable of…

Switching is probably the best option, I’d guess your only reluctant because changing jobs is daunting and uncomfortable. Because there’s no reason to be loyal to these huge companies, they’d let you go in a heartbeat if it was what was best for their bottom line. As others have pointed out, if you go with 2 you will be the first to go if layoffs happen.

When you get yourself in a hole, the first step is to stop digging. Try to study an hour or two a day. Or even half an hour a day to start, you can definitely do that. Trying to go from complete time wasting mode to complete productivity is too big a jump for most people, start small. Also, do you really want to be in this career? Sometimes letting yourself implode is a sign you don’t really want to be involved in what you’re doing. It’s never too late to change.

Black Pill is a bunch of nonsense. Yes looks play a role in dating, but for 99% of men it’s not insurmountable. The ideology mostly exists as a way to rationalize not taking any action to improve your circumstances. That’s the reason they fight so hard to protect it. If it’s not true, they’d have to get off their asses and hit the gym. The iron is that if anything ugly women are worse off than ugly men, men have more ways to compensate.

If you want to be dark about it, the fat friends will usually stick around, because even platonic access to a hot guy is too valuable to give up. I’ve seen it happen. If you want to be a saint you could try and help them lose weight but I’d say most of the time it is futile. It’s well known women give terrible advice on dating (for the most part.) It’s partly they tell what you want to hear (Dad bod’s are hot, small dick and height don’t matter, blah blah blah) and partly a lack of self awareness. Combine that with Reddit’s user base and upvote system and you get a cesspool of terrible advice and opinions. Although tbh, there’s plenty of bad advice on asktrp as well for different reasons...

How is dating exclusively different than a relationship? Anyway, do whatever makes you happiest in the short term and don’t worry about where it goes. When it’s time to move, re-evaluate bc long distance is cancer, but deal with it when it happens. Life is funny, maybe you’ll have naturally broken up by the move anyway, or maybe either of your plans will change.

/r/askTRP30/12/20 09:18 PM

You should be too busy working full-time, making bank, gaming women, having lots of sex, and developing skills and hobbies to be keeping track of who your dad's fucking. Why would he be too busy? He can do all of those things and still have the time left over to uncover his dad’s secret family, which is probably a 5 hour time investment tops. And that’s assuming the father isn’t sloppy about covering his tracks.

I don’t think it’s crazy to want to settle down at your age. However, are you sure you and your gf are on the same page? If she moved away in the first place then it seems like she’s not that interested in getting married.

You may want to reconsider putting it on hold. I was a CS major and I never had an internship (I changed majors beginning of junior year) and I still got a good job. I wouldn’t recommend that route if you can avoid it, but I’m sure plenty of employers won’t hold not having an internship against you with covid going on and after you work a year or two it won’t matter anymore.

Just approach anyway, not everybody who wears masks is afraid of covid. I could care less myself but wear one to conform. The pandemic has fucked up a lot of things, but day game is still possible. And the vaccine could put an end to this next year. Certainly not guaranteed, but a possibility.

You probably should find a way to get along with him. Nothing in his request sounded unreasonable to be completely honest. Independence is a fine goal, but I wouldn’t rush into it when you’re not ready for it, just because of petty arguments. Unless there’s more to the conflict, but otherwise just set aside some of your pride and do what it takes to keep the peace, provided it is not a serious or unreasonable imposition. I don’t think asking you to respect him qualifies.

Focus on one thing at a time. You don’t go from completely undisciplined to self-mastery overnight. Start with social media addiction, as it sounds like the root of some of your other problems. You should quit using it. It will be difficult for you to do but it’s not impossible. Once you have a handle on that, hopefully in weeks or months, move on to other things as you feel you can handle them.
/r/askTRP07/12/20 11:09 PM

It’s not reasonable to expect you to drop everything your doing because she “has a bad day.” Threatening to end the relationship(or whatever it is) over it because you refused is just manipulative. I’d put money down it’s an empty threat, because if she was serious she just would have dropped you. None of this 1 more time bullshit. But if it’s not just let her go. You have to have some boundaries.

We can’t get mad at women for monkey branching when you’re doing the same. I wouldn’t be mad at a 17 year old girl dumping her bf to play the field in the first place. When one party wants to leave, the relationship is inevitably doomed and you do the other party a favor ending it as soon as possible and not wasting months or years of their time out of, at best, guilt or at worst opportunism.
/r/askTRP29/11/20 07:07 PM

I’ve been there. Inevitably you will leave. Some will shame you for it, but it’s completely normal to want to leave your GF to play the field, especially at 17. Relationships fail and ending it is better for both of you in the long run. If the exams are in December, I think it’s not a bad idea to wait until they’re over to do it. I wouldn’t delay it more than a couple of weeks though if they’re not.

The good news is that most likely she’s not pregnant, it’s very rare to impregnate someone without finishing. Even if they don’t take plan B. Just don’t get married. Plan sounds terrible and you’re kidding yourself if you think women are usually okay with opening up a marriage. You’re better off clearing it before you get married, because if she doesn’t react well (which she probably won’t if she’s conservative) divorce will be a massive pain in the ass, whether it’s her or you that ends up initiating. Why not just look for an OLTR, much easier and less risk than an open marriage?

I mean, that’s just part of the process. It’s like interviewing for a job. All the failed attempts are not really wasted effort, because you can’t know if it will succeed or not without trying. This kind of attitude is disastrous (I know from personal experience.) And deep down it’s just an excuse not to do anything.

It’s definitely worth it, if you have the curiosity (which you clearly do, or you wouldn’t be asking.) You’ll never stop wondering unless you have your own experience with it. Even if the relationship fails, it’s not wasted time and effort if you learn something. And doing it will teach you things you can’t learn online. Not to mention a relationship can be an enjoyable thing if you have the right attitude and you find the right girl.

He’s wrong. Female companionship offers different things than male companionship (not just sex.) Don’t rely on some YouTubers opinions (many of them are just grifters selling a brand.) Get in a relationship and make your own assessment. As long as you don’t get anybody pregnant or marry anybody, you’re not doing any damage to yourself.

Yeah, I mean 3-4 more months is not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. And while there are some red flags, high interest level in you and “amazing sex” are decidedly green flags. If you’re onto something with your concerns it will only become more apparent with time. But it sounds like the relationship has a lot of value even if it ultimately does not wind up being marriage worthy. I think some of your mother’s concerns are legitimate, but you have to make your own decisions. I’ve been there. Guilt won’t go away until after you break up and some time passes, so just rip the band aid off. That said, you don’t have to anything to be guilty about. Tattoos are essentially self mutilation for attention. A small one is not a deal breaker, but a lot of tattoos tends to be indicative of self destructive behavior. If you find the unicorn who’s tatted up and totally mentally stable, more power to you. Drinking in moderation is fine. Alcoholic level drinking is a red flag for both men and women, because it’s a very destructive habit. And an LTR’s problems tend to become your problems.

I was in this position once. When you start thinking like that the relationship is over. Don’t do extreme methods like that, in the long run they lead to less adherence and backsliding. Just do a slight calorie deficit and aim to lose 1-2 lbs of weight a week. If the hunger discomfort becomes intolerable, bump up calories.

No, improving your physique is one of the most important things you can do, but you don’t want to use it as an excuse to avoid rejection. Keep tanking the rejections, you’ll get a yes eventually. I think it depends on how much you trust your family and how successful the business is. If your biggest concern is giving up your younger self’s dreams I really wouldn’t worry about it. You’re trying to lock her down, asking for advice on it and eschewing all other women. That’s oneitis in my book. I don’t think you have to walk away, just keep it as an open relationship. It sounds like there’s some kind of implicit understanding that the relationship is not open, but I would not honor that. If she’s not your girlfriend you have no obligation to be faithful to her.

You’ve got oneitis for a girl who isn’t on the same page. It’s hard to guess why she doesn’t want to commit, but whatever she’s saying isn’t the real reason. Ask yourself this: do you really want a woman to cook and clean for you? Uhhhh yes? Does OP really love her if he’d rather play the field than marry her after 7 years of dating? I’d say he doesn’t love her but is strongly attached to her.

So OP should just bury his desire to sleep with other girls and settle down at 22? If he wants to play the field he should do it. When you feel the call of the wild it doesn’t go away.

If you really thought she was the one why didn’t you want to marry her? Obviously part of you suspects she isn’t the one, and I’d bet you don’t want to give up the chance to play the field again one day, even though you care deeply for your gf. This is a very painful situation, but the truth is if you don’t feel right getting married after 7 years, I doubt you ever will want to get married to her. Best thing for you and for her is to break up.

Never share, most people will resent you for it if you make more than them.

Easy decision to leave, assuming you get the job offer and pay is the same or better. You should never stay at a job you hate long term, it makes you completely miserable.

School and starting your career should be your number one priority. There is a much higher rate of return for working and thinking about those things than working a shitty job and paying half of your earnings in rent. If you think you can handle both then go for it. Although, I’ve found that working 40 hours a week makes it harder to work on yourself, not easier.

Do what you have to do short term but long term you do not want to be dependent on your ex gf’s parents for anything. There is a high chance it ends poorly and even if it doesn’t, it handcuffs you to this girl. Do you think the parents are going to like it if you start fucking other girls? Or let’s say your ex begs to get back with you and you reject her and she cries on her parent’s shoulders do you think that will influence their opinion of you? Even if they don’t fire you you’re certainly not…

Hmmm good point, bring it up like 2nd or 3rd date?

Well you don’t know the girl that well, and you’d be like “so how would you feel if I tied you up sometime?”

How do you do that without being creepy?

Unless you’re over 40 or live with your parents there’s not much to fear from contracting covid. Average age of death is in the 70s.

It’s hard to take sides without knowing what exactly she wants that you weren’t doing. “Not treating her right” sounds like she wants you to bow to her whims though. Also she should be telling her friends not to get involved in her relationship, not taking their side against you. It doesn’t sound like you were unreasonable. But all that aside, you should never chase a girl who dumps you anyway. Break ups are hard, but you will get over it over time, and be better off than if you ran back to her …

If an eye test was good enough women wouldn’t have been cucking men for millennia. Get a DNA test.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
