If you get good at voice call game it will help your dating life by a lot.

Voice calling is a great way to spend a few minutes building attraction, teasing, quickly setting up a date with no back and forth, and probably most importantly, getting a verbal confirmation.

The studies have shown that verbally agreeing to something commits you more to it because you've associated an action with it. You will get much less flakes.

Also, nobody calls nowadays. Everyone is too fucking afraid. Being a man who has the confidence to make a phone call makes you stand out from the rest in an attractive way.

To avoid getting your phone call ignored, just text her and give her a heads up that you're going to call at XX:XX. This has worked for me pretty much every single time.

As someone who literally makes hundreds of phone calls a day (10s of thousands of calls in my life), I text girls for logistics.

If you call, you come off a bit odd. The social norm is to text if an issue isn’t pressing, in business, in social life, in anything. Texting is the email of our phone. It insinuates to reply when you have time. It’s considerate and normal.

Calling is forced. It’s unnecessary, and unless you are really good at it you have tons of room for error and confusion. Obviously the older crowd may be more open to a good phone call. I’m 28, and with girls my age I think a call, even a skilled one, would be a bit weird for them.

You call her. If she doesn't pick up, you DO SOMETHING ELSE.

Text her a random number of days later, or not at all if she knows your number and hasn't bothered to get back to you.

I play it by ear from girl to girl. Some really appreciate a phone call. Others get freaked out by it.

People who say you should call are from the older generation. My advice? Don’t call. Ever. Just shoot her a text when you wanna meet up. This day and age you have to engage in some light banter via text or snap. The world has changed since the OG days of “texting is gay.”

IMO talking on the phone is a waste of time.
