I am not talking about guys who were brought up with a strong male figure around them. These guys pick the behaviour up from their fathers. So naturally they could be easily groomed for leadership roles.

My question is specifically for guys, who have had total beta fathers(have no social standing, unemployed, weak of character, abusive, irresponsible, negligent, not there when you needed them) and effectively being brought up by their mothers, who essentially smothered them into being a very nice guy, who is afraid of taking risks or responsibility . So they have a lot of beta characteristics, that need to go.

How to proceed from here, if I belong to the latter category.
