Do you understand the definition of rape?
Rape is a type of sexual assault usually involving sexual intercourse or other forms of sexual penetration perpetrated against a person without that person's consent.
If consent isn't there, it doesn't matter whether it's a "friend" or a stranger.
For someone with your username, you might also want to understand the definition of cherish.

Dude, what kind of stupid and backward world do you live in where informing other men about the actual dictionary definition of rape constitutes being an SJW?

No, I answered it WITH THE DEFINITION, which should have answered the question if you had any critical thinking skills whatsoever.
You asked if rape could exist in marriage. Which part of the definition of the term makes marriage relevant?
Sex in and of itself does not make a person worse off, but forcing people to do intimate things against their will most certainly does, hence the definition of the term.
How hard is this to understand?
Jesus, now you're making this conversation awkward for everyone, as TRP folks try to claim that they're not just a bunch of rape apologists, and here you are willfully misunderstanding the term and wondering if it can even exist in marriage.

What does knowing her have to do with it? Rape is about "consent", but "consent" is a slippery word. "Not tonight honey, I have a headache." "Come one baby." "Oh, all right."
Is that consent? Obviously, she didn't want to do it, but what if you pressure her into it? Is that rape or consent?
Or, maybe she was drunk or asleep. But you might not find out she didn't want you to until AFTERWARD. A lot of times, rape can happen retroactively, so all it takes is for the woman to become unhappy about the fact that she just had sex with you, and boom- you just raped her.
So, If there's a problem in the relationship, I would try to deal with that first, before having sex again.
Just like you don't shit where you eat, don't ever have sex with someone you're having problems with, because then the sex can become a tool for them to use as a weapon to have you hauled away and imprisoned as easily as ordering a pizza.
In the US, you literally give up all your rights whenever you have sex with a woman, and so you can't afford to have anything happen that would put a frown on her face, or cause her to see you in a negative light. (Well, what did you THINK they would vote for?)

Okay I think your logic is a bit off. Her knowing you mean nothing. However I feel like rape in a marriage can only exist if it's a shirty relationship or the rapist has horrible timing. By this I mean my wife should want to fuck me every second of the day, and I could turn her on in a heart beat. The timing part is that of course this wouldn't reply if she has some sort of deadline right there or their parent just died etc

The term "rape" can be legally attributed to whatever action a prosecuting attorney decides he can litigate in the jurisdiction of record.
