Was reading the sidebar, particularly a post entitled "Are We Exclusive? How to Handle the Talk" and one of the bullets mentions not engaging in "provider behavior".

I have my guesses, but could someone really clarify what these behaviors are and why they are detrimental? I have a hunch I've engaged in some of these behaviors previously
