We know each other through mutual friends. I hit up her dms, got her number started texting. After about a week, I made plans with her to go out that following weekend. Day of the date, I am sick as shit. I cancel and give her like 6hrs notice. Never rescheduled because #1, I figured she would assume I blew her off and game over. #2, I was legitimately sick and wasn't sure when I would get better.

About 2 weeks went by, I started feeling better, she continued to message me and still seemed interested. She asked me out for Thursday.

Thursday morning she sends me a message "Good morning beautiful" I respond saying im looking forward to seeing her tonight. Then hours go by and she hits me with "Well, atleast we can both say we were eachothers disappointment once.." "I cant tonight, my family that came up for Easter is leaving tomorrow and they wanna get together". Wasnt apologetic, no mention of a reschedule.

Usually id think, whatever, valid excuse.. but she suggested the date. I just reply with "okay". She continued to message me trying to make a conversation happen, but I kinda distanced myself taking hrs to reply with vague answers.

Fact is we've been texting now for about a month without ever going out. This seems like a colossal waste of time. I mean sure, for a solid 2 weeks I had the flu but now its just getting annoying. So basically I flaked once, she flaked once. What do I do from here? Withdraw and ghost? Or give it one more shot?
