I had this problem a few years ago. It's a confidence/anxiety thing. I wasn't able to stay hard after I'd get hard, and I certainly wasn't able to finish for a long, long time. I eventually would stay harder for longer, and finally I was able to cum from sex. If you're anxious in bed you have to try to let that go. Let them turn you on, and don't worry about the problem or it will persist. You have to let it go, and just enjoy sex for what you can make it to be right now.

If you can't get hard then go down on them and see if that helps. Whenever you're horny make a move on them.

To see if this is a physical problem you only need to notice if you wake up hard (morning wood) or not.
