First off I'm 27 and completely healthy. I can maintain an erection through masturbation its only sex. So I'm 90% certain my issue is performance anxiety coupled with lack of sensitivity form masturbating too much.

I've stopped masturbating (its been 14 days now). And I've been using vitamin E cream to help with the sensitivity problem.

The issues started when I was with my ex gf. I was blue pilled and she hated it. She would call me out for doing blue pill stuff and I resented her for it. Made me lose a ton of confidence. When we would have sex, which was rarely, I'd lose my erection and she'd get pissed.

Fast forward 4 months and I've embraced the red pill philosophy and managed to bag a really cute girl. And she's gotten super into me in a short amount of time. The first time we had sex I couldn't stay hard inside her bc I couldn't feel anything but I could get hard from oral and touching . I blamed it on the cheap condom she had. No big deal.

I go out of town for a week then see her 12 days later after quitting masturbating thinking "now I'm going to give it to her like I promised." We start and I'm rock hard. Then I put some music. I shuffle a Spotify playlist and this song I used to play during sex with my ex comes on as the first song of a 50 song playlist (forgot it was in there). I lose my erection completely while she's going down on me no less and can't get it back all night.

I want to make it clear that I'm over my ex. She's with someone else now and I don't care. My anxiety, I believe, is coming from those memories of feeling so shitty about myself.

And now this shit is in my head and I feel like I'm losing all that confidence I had built up over four months. I'm seeing this girl again tonight its all I can think about. Is she telling her friends? Is she frustrated? Does she think I'm a pussy? Total blue pill bull shit I used to care so much about and thought I was over is starting to creep back in. It sucks.

How can I be this confident guy she's attracted to if I can't keep it up to fuck her?

Should I open up to her about this issue?

Is taking medication for this, even as a short term solution, a bad idea?

Any success stories with RPers who have had a similar experience?

Thanks in advance.
