accountancy,finances and banking or IT (I'm not passionate about coding like others so I feel like I'll stale my progress at a medium level, might be wrong tho)

Which one would give me a peacefull life? ( I don't want to shit myself 12 hours a day just to be rich, I try to aim for a medium-high class lifestyle my end goal is to invest in estates and just get enough passive income so I can escape the wage cage)
