Hello, I come from a small European country and recently I am forced to face a difficult decision, so I was wondering what are the thoughts of someone who has done something similar.

Background: I am studying in one of the best universities in my country and I am studying International Relations. However I do not give two fucks about International Relations, however I am capable of these studies. However, during winter I burned myself out by studying too much and got really depressed and lazy. Then I started to get thoughts that I should go abroad, work some shitty (but well paid) physical labour (which I suck s*it at), so I could change what I am studying without straining my mothers finances.

Right now I am too scared to make a decision and I am really afraid to fuck my life up, so if you have an experience with something like this I would really appreciate an advice.

TLDR; 20 year old, cant decide to study uninteresting subjects or leave country for temporary manual labour.
