Hey I've been working on improving my charisma and therefore studying how people I consider to have great charisma act.(And reading books like Charisma myth)

I find Russel Brand the most fascinating with the way he completely dominates the room. But I'm an introvert, and tend to be way calmer and lower energy(most of the time). Myer says I'm an ISTP, so I started looking into Brando. I can see that he's also charismatic, but in a to me less obvious way than Brand

For instance, in this interview: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yNd9FhfBFcY what makes him charismatic and not dull? I've seen quite similar ways of slow speaking (For instance from a friend) which just make me want to go to sleep.

I know I oftentimes speak in a way similar to Brando. Sometimes I see people get bored/(sometimes uncomfortable?) and othertimes the whole room go quiet to listen, people laugh when i say something even remotely funny and girls throw lot's IOI's(Like after me saying something boring casual with emotionless/slightly sullen face AND stopping a couple of seconds mid sentence because I forgot what I was going to say WHILE looking away into empty space. Only to say the last few words while looking at the face of a girl(hottest in the room) in a relationship which suddenly shows body language as if she want's me to fuck her). And I don't know how I end up doing one or the other, considering I'm not always more comfortable when I get these positive reactions.

Here Brando is doing exactly what I would be doing if I was talking with someone I didn't know too well, and didn't know what to say. Occupying myself with different distractions, mixed with looking straight into the eyes without much emoticon combined with an unenthusiastic voice. What is it that girls like so much about this scene with him except his good looks? He's making himself at home in his own home

BONUS QUESTION: How to act in high enegry enviroments with this personality? I rarely enjoy parties. I often end up sitting in a sofa while people are dancing around and shouting shot shot. Sometimes girls come over to talk, and some of them become interested , but alot of the time I end up bored and alone while everyone is running around like duracell bunnies. I wish I could have more Russel Brand qualities in these kind of situations

TL;DR: How does Marlon Brando come of as so charismatic and dominant while other people talking and acting kinda similar comes of as dull and uninteresting? (Looking away from the glory effect from his status and looks )
