As someone who usually leads conversations and is talkative, I find it hard to join BP conversations about women.

Few nights ago, I was introduced to a new group. It was after work and we’re all there to network - they have cool jobs and connections.

As the night went on, the conversation went to about women. They’re sharing stories, exchanging ‘tips’ like to messaging their dates good morning, asking if she got home safe after a night out, etc.

I tried sprinkling some RP truths but most disagreed with me. I didn’t want to burn bridges, so I simple asked questions (tell me more) and listened, didn’t want to be the one who bursts their bubble.

I felt uncomfortable, and in my opinion it wasn’t great conversations. Is this how most conversations will go from now?
