Figure out a way to confirm for sure whether shes cheating or not. See if you can access her phone (not really a recommended thing to do but sometimes you need to be sure) or if you're close to her dad then come up with an excuse and give him a call.

Regardless, withdraw attention, start gaming other girls as back up, and reduce emotional investment in her just in case the bomb drops.
