While still in bed in the morning/right before I go to sleep I'll do the single-leg over (instantly feel lower back, hip rotator relief). Helps relax my body to sleep faster too! Before starting morning routine/laying in bed will do air squats (10) followed by hamstring touch toes stretch (10). Randomly do both throughout the day. Preparing for running/physical exercise is another process but I've found relief from these simple stretches which are basic and take 5 min out of the day.
