I just started researching the red pill mid november. I know some of these examples are really not severe shit tests but I just want to make sure that I have them down pat for future ones. So bare with me.

A shit test is a "test" given to you by a woman to gauge how easily bent out of shape you get, how confident you are/to test how insecure you are. A woman does it to see if you are a viable mate. Correct?

Before learning about shit tests I failed them miserably and sometimes still do. I'd be dumbfounded. Not knowing what to say. Do I get angry? Is she joking? Were things I'd ask myself afterwards. Looking back I've been shit tested my whole life-by both guys and girls. I'm not good with words so I'd always resort to fighting. Which I know I cannot do now obviously.

I just started a new job a few days ago. I work in a kitchen. I asked the chef if he wanted me to start cutting so & so. He said no, not right now. Girl says, "Go ahead Bob, start cutting" I say, "Ok. Grab me the knife." She looks at me kind of surprised. I follow up with, "Yeah the biggest one." with a smile/smirk.

Girl says to me as I'm washing dishes, "Oh, I don't want to scare Bob away." (because she was came back in same area I was at). I ignore at first because I didn't know wtf to say. Other girl chimes in and says, "Bob, don't be scared". I say, "Oh, does she want to fight me?" (jokingly)

I tell one of the servers that the food is ready, she says, "what do you want?" I say, "Foods ready. You gotta go get it." This one I kind of got butt hurt about because she was being rude.

Girl asks me, "are you going to clean that tonight?" I say, "Yeah I clean it every night."

What are some better things I could've said? Something I'm confused on is... when given a shit test. Is it better to look like your not fazed by it, taking a funny/joking approach to it. OR if you actually feel like you were disrespected do you come back offensive?
