I’ve been approaching a lot recently. I’m getting pretty good at it. I’ve even managed to bring myself to kino twice while approaching which is something I usually am not great at.

My question is around sexual tension. My understanding is that sexual tension is built by being comfortable with being attracted to a girl, and thus making eyecontact and looking at her while also touching and feeling her. There’s a slight anxiety when I do these things.

Am I correct to assume that building sexual tension is about being calm and enjoying myself while doing these things?
