To be honest I couldn't find a complete guide for game and cold approach. I'm 18, ~good looking, muscular for my age but suck so hard with women. I know I should go out and approach them to improve my game, but as someone who is bad at it, I need a 101 guide that will help me, so that when I go out to practice cold approach, I will do it the right way, or close.. because as you know "practice makes permanent". Do you guys have something to say about this, or any book recommendation? (i read the side bar and it's very useful but I need some additional help)
