If this person really doesn't like you, it would be in their best interest to let you graduate so that they wouldn't have to deal with you further.

If the career director decides to be a stumbling block, then it would just mean that you would be in the program longer and she would have to continue to have to interact with you on some level.

Colleges want people to graduate as that looks better for their statistics.

You career director is the one who determines your future. Make sure to change their attitude toward you. So they won’t condemn you to a life of unemployment and poverty, despite your best efforts pursuing your degree. Lmfao what is this.... Communist Russia?
