Commanding Respect vs. Mate Guarding?

Commanding respect means you don't care if your girl goes off and fucks Chad. You achieve this confidence with an abundance mentality (I could have a 100 different women) and by truly not giving a fuck (go ahead and mess around with Chad...your loss). This is the essence of "frame". When you project this masculine trait of not giving a shit about your girls crap, that you have as many (or more) options as her; when your stoic and steadfast confidence in yourself and your many options are clear, then you will earn respect.

Now how does one project this masculinity? Dress good, work out, walk upright and keep your shoulders tall; don't slouch. Don't get butt hurt over little things; be a rock. Deflect shit tests from your girl with amused mastery, agree & amplify, or just ignore her shit. Make a conscious effort every day to be a man and act like you have a pair. Most importantly, always know you are the prize and if your girl steps out on you then it's her loss. If she moves to a higher value man (hypergamy) then accept you need to up your game and never forget...AWALT.

You can't control whether she respects you or not, you can only make yourself worthy of respect and act accordingly if she doesn't.

In order to get respect a person (you) needs to have clearly defined boundaries/wants/dislikes/values etc.

Being disrespected is when someone KNOWINGLY goes past your boundary, etc.

In order to be respected: You must hold on to those values and be unwavering. Show or demonstrate said values/boundaries ("I expect any woman i am with to be faithful" or "Jenn cheated on Chester...I don't allow that shit".

Neediness or jealousy arises when you start bending on what you believe/allow. You can only break frame when you really don't believe what/how you are saying/acting.

You don't command respect, you earn it.

Your frame should command respect but you don't overtly talk about respect. It should just happen.

If your girl is talking to other dudes, just ignore it. You should already be talking to someone else anyway.
