Hi guys. Looking for some advice on dealing with a female coworker. I'm the type of guy who generally puts my head down and does solid work. Im an engineer so I'm generally very analytical. There's a female coworker who has complained about me to my boss repeatedly. Generally the complaints are about highly subjective interpersonal dynamics. On one occasion she felt like she's was being spoken over. On another occasion she felt like her opinion was disregarded. In either case my boss has been addressing her complaints with me as they occur. Both cases are BS but that doesn't matter cuz feels. To his admission he doesn't see the issues and can't confirm any issues with other coworkers. I've been dealing with this by ignoring it and DNGAF, however of lately it's been getting to me and I'm concerned it's painting a picture of me to my boss thats not favorable or worse a direct manipulation. I've told him repeatedly that I come and put my head down and try to ignore her. He's suggested a sit-down between the coworker and I. As I see it can either continue on with DNGAF or meet this head on and try to lay down what's acceptable with this individual. Background: she's a bit of a narcissist and I'm not the only individual who she's had conflict with.

Any advice on dealing with narcissist females in the workplace appreciated.
