So about a week ago, I texted with this girl from OKC.

It was going quite well, but as the conversation progressed and I got more and more bold, she started making remarks about me coming off as overconfident and arrogant. I simply A&A'ed.

The conversation ended with a zero effort comment from her, and I decided to avoid contact for several days. I pinged her today, and she pretty much said she wasn't interested anymore (to which I replied with slightly amused indifference).

I don't really give two shits about this girl, I'm interested in the lessons to be learned. Any thoughts?
