So one of my friends posted one of those silly Facebook memes. I don't know what it was, I see this shit all the time, but it triggered me. Just the fact that people think that they can teach their little girl to expect to world really pisses me off. I feel like it's mentality like this is what things like, false rape claims and woman feeling entitled to 75% of man's pay, come from. I lit into this poor girl (via txt) about how infuriated I was. Probably not the best idea but nothing I can do now.

What do you guys think about shit like this?

How would you have responded (other than ignoring it)? I feel like we have to address stuff like this otherwise it'll never go away. If you don't agree tell me what you think.

Edit: For some reason the actually photo was not uploaded but it said: "A Father's Job... Isn't to teach his daughter how to be a lady but to teach her how a lady should be treated." It then had a picture of a little girl in a classic Disney princess dress and a man kneeled down before her kissing her hand.
