I'm new to the Red Pill. I'm in my mid-30s, with a kid, full custody. I haven't had many relationships because I probably acted beta my whole life. While that is definitely true of myself, I am also a weird concoction of introvert/extrovert. Which brings me to my questions...

Where does the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator fit into this? So far, it seems that this whole red pill thing basically simplifies the problem into the alpha/beta dynamic, when it's extremely more complex than that. Not everyone can be an alpha male right? Just like, not every person gets their dream job...

Also, as a mid-30s guy, it seems like a lot of the alpha/beta dynamic is mired in the struggle of being a twenty-something, where there is no need to settle or bargain. But as you get older, where I'm at now, I see that yeah, I missed out on some shit, I feel like it's definitely beneficial to find a mate and settle down, because the benefits of doing so are great. And they only get greater as you get older. Maybe not marriage per se, but being in a union of some sort where you can count on each other to help each other during the days when you can't pull your own weight.

What am I not getting: I obviously want to change and get with the program, but there is a large part of me that is introverted. It's always been there. I just don't play all the reindeer games. How do I fit in to grand scheme?
