Hey guys, this situation I have is not related to dating but instead controlling frame and using text for logistics. The red pill states that you should use statements instead of questions. Here is my examples, and I'm trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong.

There's a girl I know fairly well, I'm not interested in her but I do street photography, and she does some modeling. I'd like to do a mini photo shoot on one of my off days. So I message her

Me- "Hey, I remember you do some modeling as a hobby, you down to take some pictures this week?"

Her- "Yeah sure! Just let me know what day"

Me- "Bet, I might be free Tuesday, I'll let you know for certain by tomorrow"

Her- "Sounds good"

Me- "Alright I'm go for Tuesday, lets meet up at 5 before sunset so we can get some nice lighting"

Her- *Leaves me on read*

And this isn't a one time thing, it happens with literally everyone, guys, girls. 99% of my interactions are like this. Another example. Me and 3 buddies are planning a ski trip.

Me-"I got my shit ready for next weekend, this is gonna be great"

Group chat- *some banter back and forth*

Buddy 1- *cancels 2 days before trip*

Buddy 2- *cancels after buddy 1 canceled*

Me- "All good guys, Buddy 3 and I will go anyway"

Buddy 3- *cancels the day of*

It's honestly getting irritating. This shit also translates into dating. I get a man to woman convo going, get her number, and then the girl drops off the face of the earth the day of the date.

Me- "Blah Blah Blah. Let's go downtown Thursday around 7, there's a cool rooftop spot I found a while back. You can see my house from there, if you're lucky you might even see what it looks like on the inside"

Her- "I haven't been downtown in a long time. I'm so down! ;)"

*Day of date*

Me- "I'm getting gas, meet me by (specific location)"

*No reply*

I wait 10 minutes, check snapchat maps, it says she was last online 2 minutes ago. No where near where we're suppose to meet. I wait another 20 minutes, check snapchat, she's still at the same place last online 4 minutes ago. I'm still chilling in my house. I check again 30-40 minutes later, still at the same place last online 5 minutes ago. Didn't text her, hung out with a friend of mine instead.

Is everyone just flakey as fuck or am I doing something wrong? I want to have a social life but this shit is getting ridiculous. I'm not socially autistic, I can keep a convo going. But the only place where I successfully make new friends is at raves where everyone is rolling, I don't seem to have luck anywhere else. Keep in mind, I'm not being needy or anything. I just soft next if I get flaked on. I don't message them saying how mad I am or anything.
