You need to find out what turns you on; in real life. You also need to ruthlessly and shamelessly do it. I used to have this issue, and it still happens occasionally. What has changed is I know what I need to happen to fix it, and my reaction to it plays into my favor rather than against it.

I can get hard during foreplay, but if I'm not getting stimulated I'll go soft again, and it'll be harder to get it up since in my mind it's almost like (OK i've already seen her nude, and i'm soft now, nothing else is really exciting me right now.) Usually what i'll do is laugh and make a joke about it, and just calm down. I'll then tell her that I want her to give me head, and her best head. Sometimes, getting out of bed for a while can be a good re-set too.

Nowadays I just do what I want during foreplay (things that will keep me hard,) before there is a chance it'll even happen in the first place. I'll grab her hair and make her give me head while I finger her, etc...

Nothing wrong with popping a cialis or viagra too, to help get over nerves. I'll occasionally use them the the first few times with new partners. You have to realize that life isn't going to be perfect every time, and just be grateful you have the opportunity to use them in the first place.

I found noporn worked so much better than nofap. On nofap my libido was so low I never got horny and i felt like I was flatlining. When I started masturbating again just without porn my libido was higher than ever. Use lube and don’t squeeze too hard.
