I work in a cafe on campus and there is a girl that has looked at me 4 times and smiled and looked away. first time i looked away because i figured it was awkward then i realized that was dumb and next time she looked, I held contact and gave her a slight smile back. I feel that its hard IoI but i also realize im at work, how should i go about talking to her without leaving my post and risking my job.
