Don't take it too seriously. The most unattractive male dancing (besides trying too hard and doing too much) is the stiff, serious face stuff.

Smile, make sure you move your head back and forth a little.

Dancing is all about being comfortable with moving your body. Find a local dance studio (or two) and take classes regularly. Try all the different styles and see which ones you like best.

Humble yourself by having a beginner's mind and being open to feeling awkward and self-conscious. That's okay, nobody's watching you, they're just as self-conscious.

As you get more comfortable over time with these classes, your body will naturally find its rhythm (or learn to hear rhythm), which will carry over to the nightclub.
