And for things like fashion, travel, consumer, women probably better in touch with their target audience. Once a company matures though, all bets are off and I’ll shy away from woman-led companies. This is something that is becoming more apparent now that I am in my mid-thirties. My semi LTRs are usually high 7s/8s because I need someone reliable to take to events, cook, etc. The hottie young ones / models / wild girls are great to keep as plates, but if that's all you have you can become a bit separated from "adult" life and you miss out on things like group trips with similarly-aged couples, weddings, events with alcohol (haha a legit issue with a few college aged plates), etc.

No, that's how it works everywhere, and it's more complicated than how you're describing it. For example, statements of pure opinion aren't libel.
