If you establish a date, hang, do you wait for her to establish the next or does it not matter?

Usually I soft ignore, no contact at all, and just call when I wanna hang again.

Should I wait? I’m with the mindset that I’ll hang when I want to, so it’s not bad if I’m the one always setting up hangouts, although in the same term I feel I should make her ask.
