If you've already sent her a text then just wait, maybe send her another text in 7 days or so, just in case she forgot it.

After that go NC until she reciprocates.

I had one of these in my last city. Met her at a farmer's market (she was working it, also daygame) and came in every other weekend or so to sell produce. Maybe lived 1.5 hours away.

I established in person when she was in town next. We set a day and rough time estimate then and there (maybe 1-2 weeks out). I know this isn't exactly helpful for you, other than knowledge for next time. Don't give them an option to opt out over texting.

Judging from your comment she has your number and no other contact has been made. Rather than ask when she's coming into town (passive) just ask her to do something with you on a particular day. Keep texting to a minimum.
