One of the jobs I work at is at a restaurant. I'm a bartender, the dyke in question is a server.

I was recently moved up to being the head bartender and as a result have been working more shifts with her. My predecessor let way too many things slide with all the servers (letting them behind the bar whenever they want, going into the bar cash register to make change etc.) and I've been more strict with them since I came in.

This bitch in particular is not a fan of the way I run things. She consistently tries to push my boundaries and I've had multiple instances where I almost got in to an argument with her but caught myself before it happened. I'm not going to be in this job forever but while I'm here I'd rather not have to deal with this shit.

My superiors are all women and let way too many things slide so bringing these issues to them will go nowhere. Consequently I need a better alternative in dealing with her. Anyone here have some pointers I could use?
