Before TRP I wasn't a typical fresh beta. I had a good amount of alpha qualities, my game in the heat of the moment being the weakest link, but my genuine attitude helped that out. I've found that as I've progressed through my TRP journey, I've hit peaks of clarity where my desires and ideals aligned exactly with what I was doing at that time.

However, I find now that I've been reading TRP practically daily for about 1.5 years, as well as maybe 2 hours of high quality current events/politics/science a day, there is too much coming in. I love to read opposing viewpoints to better understand the entire argument, especially on TRP. On the other hand, after I read a good post and the dozens of good comments after it, I sometimes come away from the 20 minute ordeal without any real gains from it. This affects me negatively by making me overthink many of the things I do each day.

Do any of you have any ideas as to how you can deal with all this information/opinion overloading? Is it simply to forceably cut it out and go "cold turkey"? I've reduced my social media use a lot lately, but I still think it might be good to completely cut out all of that, TRP/reddit for some time, as well as the comments section on news articles.
