To keep it short, I've never really had any anger issues, being more of a level-headed kind of guy.

This year was great in terms of self-improvement but it came at a major expense that almost cost me my soul and included extreme ridicule, social and sexual isolation and an almost total, school-level ostracization. It forced me to make circles outside of the school. Even though I have friends that I can hang out with I feel very, very angry.

I use it as an extra carburant at the gym, this anger, and I'm switching schools very, very soon (1 month) but I feel like I'm on the verge of a major frame loss here. All the time I rolled with the punches, the entire year, no emotion but now I'm feeling a seething rage every single time I sit at school and see these people, like I want to flip a desk and tell these people how awful they are. Thankfully it hasn't gotten to that but when it starts to ramp up I become fidgety, rub my face and have that strained, suppressed look.

I have tried for the past month to up my gym intensity, meditation sessions and get some more sunlight and while it helps a bit I need to deal with it before I pop my top. Any advice?
