I got this retard in my school who won't stop making retarded shit like scream in my ear and throw Peebles at me and I already beat this fucker but he continues, he does when his with his friends to act tough and when I say since I punched him never put his and on me again and he starts to do this autistic screeching , and when his talking shit I tell him to try to say that to my face and he starts to do the autistic screech again, i already tried to ignore him but this retard continues , i feel like I'm breaking frame by responding to him, but he throwing shit to me is unacceptable and I think that beating him will break my frame. Any suggestions?
