I just recently turned twenty and also swallowed the Pill.

TRP mostly talks about dealing with shit tests from chicks that you wanna bang, but after lots of lurking around in the real world as well, I've noticed that anybody can and will shit test you, even members of the same sex. The next paragraph describes my current situation.

Two of my best friends, both of which I've known since high school, are really high-value guys(one of them is 6'3", white and really skinny but can pull girls just because of his race, height and the fact that he already has a child at 20. The other was born into an extremely wealthy family and can afford everything he wants to do, such as a motorcycle.) yet are still quite plugged in(both want to get married, make girls the focal point of every activity, believe in "love", etc) and I'm just about average. They are also aware of the little hierarchy. Because they've known me since high school, they are used to me being a submissive Beta and therefore don't want me to change. Whenever I subtly mention RP truths about life, such as how marriage is nothing more than a form of financial slavery, they think I'm going insane and say that I should "fall in love and find a girlfriend", even if she cheats on me, I should still respect that. What the Hell...

We all work at the same job, and I can now tell when they are trying to use me. For example, the other day, they both needed a shovel(we work for a junk hauling company) and they were much closer to the tool truck, yet still commanded me to go get it. When we're at the gym, they tell me to clean things up and ask others if they're using machines.

I want to turn things around and start standing up for myself and see what happens. I really don't want to lose these guys because they've helped me through some really difficult times(like when I used to cut), but I need to start respecting myself too. Are the rules in this situation the exact same thing? If your gut is telling you that they're throwing a shit test at you, just hold your frame and see what happens? I can already tell that these guys are going to be caught off guard like crazy and will be very surprised.
