I deleted mine just because it’s a time warp, if you’re gonna do it you gotta do it all the way you can’t just deactivate it you have to full on delete it

Instagram is a brain drain. The only reason to be on Instagram is if you’re marketing something to make money. Entrepreneurs use Instagram to market products or their brand. Hot girls are on Instagram marketing themselves or promoting products. A lot of them get financial benefits through it. Plus endless amount of attention. And everyone else on their is a mindless consumer of marketing content.

If you’ve ever taken a marketing class you know that the best way to sell a product is to play on people’s emotions and insecurities. If you spend time on Instagram as a mindless consumer you will be manipulated and prayed on by marketers.

Overall you’ll feel more centered without Instagram. I don’t see Instagram as a social media tool. It’s more of a personalized marketing tool. A never ending magazine filled with ads. Not worth it imo. I recommend you focus on your grind and making real life connections. I try not to get involved with people who are consumed with social media. They are more less mindless consumers who are difficult to bond with.

No, you shouldn’t fucking delete it. You’re from a generation where instagram is easy access to pussy and where not having it can fuck up your social game.

It’s like asking: should I delete my phone number.

The reason many TRPers delete social media is because it creates validation seeking behaviour and can turn you into a cuck that wastes time on likes/followers (kind of like you mentioned in your post - 100 likes).

Why are likes and followers a bad thing?

Because you’re building the foundations of your self-esteem on the same bullshit that women do —external influences such as emotion and validation. A man needs to build his confidence from the inside out in order to have solid frame.

Your instagram account can disappear in a second and then it will hit you like a brick in the face. Except you’re not a pretty girl, so you can’t just post a couple of bikini shots and start over.

The proper way to use social media:

Use it as a means to an end. Show case your life, your bitches, and your success as it can open the door to opportunities and more money. Don’t purposefully spend time trying to get ‘likes’ and ‘follows’
