This is a questions about the "Don't shit where you eat," did I do the right thing? and how to proceed.

Here's how the story goes:

A work workshop in a country different from the one I live and work in, with teams from the same corporation but each team works in a different country. Workshop was two days long.

I felt an attraction towards three colleagues (and it was mutual), but didn't act upon it, dealt with it as professionally as I could. Reasons why I didn't act upon it are as follows:

1- We work in the same corporation, different offices/countries but same field.

2- This is the first time I join this kind of workshop, so I didn't want to get the reputation for being the guy who tries to fuck co-workers on the first time (and being the one with the least amount of experience it would serve me best to stay with them as a team and learn more instead of losing/harming my position for doing something).

3- I didn't have any condoms on me, and didn't have the time to go out and buy any.

I picked up few phone numbers, have their work contact info and would like to "have fun" in the future when possible. Did I do the right thing? and how to proceed in this case where they live in a different country? Should I be thinking about this even? I invited them over and they did so in return (common courtesy I think).
